Returns & Refunds Policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted on any purchases made at Lakeview RV Centre, whether in-store or online. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions—our team is here to help you choose the right RV, part, or accessory the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, if your item arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll assist with inspection and next steps, which may include warranty support or another remedy permitted by the manufacturer or applicable law.

When reaching out, include:

  • Order/invoice number

  • Clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Your preferred contact details

Vehicle (RV) Purchases

Sales of new and pre-owned RVs at Lakeview RV Centre are final upon delivery and/or registration.
Post-delivery concerns will be addressed through:

  • Applicable manufacturer warranties, and

  • Our service department, per inspection and warranty terms.

Normal wear and tear, maintenance items, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications are not covered unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have entered processing, shipped, or are special-order/custom cannot be cancelled.
Deposits on custom factory orders or units in pre-delivery inspection (PDI) may be non-refundable as outlined in your signed purchase agreement.

Non-Returnable Items (for clarity)

  • Electrical components and any installed parts

  • Special-order/custom merchandise

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Opened, used, or improperly installed products not covered by warranty

Warranties

Most RVs, parts, and accessories include a manufacturer’s warranty. We can help facilitate claims; however, eligibility and remedies are determined by the manufacturer. Please retain your proof of purchase and warranty documents.
